Arc-en-Ciel was a Belgian artists' association, founded around 1922 and active until about 1925. The group was formed in a post-war context seeking new artistic expressions, functioning as an exhibition platform. Members and sympathizers, including Anto Carte and Ramah, were often associated with a moderate Expressionism or Modernism, distinct from the more radical German or French avant-gardes. It represented an important modernist current in Belgium during the interwar period.
